The Coordinated Care Pharmacy staff has more than 100 years combined experience in multiple levels of health care.

Our pharmacist in charge has extensive experience in community, hospital, long- term care, assisted living and foster care pharmacy.

We are now offering mail order pharmacy service because of many requests. You may place orders by e-mail, fax, phone or written correspondence.

Being a Tri-Care approved pharmacy; we are expanding our service to all family members and friends.

We provide exceptional service through our mail order program.

Our objective is to save our patient's time and money while delivering outstanding service. Paperwork is kept to a minimum; therefore we do not issue I.D. cards.

This program provides an inexpensive and convenient way to order maintenance medications and have them delivered directly to your location.
